Narration detracted from story
I liked the story and the motive surprised me. I would have liked a longer story with more character development.
I didn't like Sean Crisden's character vocal interpretation. Charles' voice never paused. I didn't hear any passion between Charles and Antony during the love scenes. Usually I can see a character through the voice, but that didn't happen with this performance.

I just couldn't
Wow.(And not in a good way)
I rarely cringe at books, and not
*that* much is so few minutes. Normally I enjoy listening to Crisden's narrations, but this one was, sorry to say horrible. He should *not* attempt a British accent, it didn't work for me on any level. Sadly I only got about 5 minutes into the book before I had to stop.
