Don't date your bodyguard.
It was the one rule he had to break.
Maximoff Hale is a force of nature. A ship unwilling to be steered. Headstrong, resilient, and wholly responsible - the 22-year-old alpha billionaire can handle his unconventional life. By noon, lunch can turn into a mob of screaming fans. By two, his face is all over the Internet. Born into one of the most famous families in the country, his celebrity status began at birth. He is certified American royalty.
When he's assigned a new 24/7 bodyguard, he comes face-to-face with the worst case scenario: being attached to the tattooed, MMA-trained Yale graduate who's known for "going rogue" in the security team - and who fills 1/3 of Maximoff's sexual fantasies.
Twenty-seven-year-old Farrow Keene has one job: protect Maximoff Hale. Flirting, dating, and hot sex falls far, far out of the boundary of his bodyguard duties and into "termination" territory. But when feelings surface, protecting the sexy-as-sin, stubborn celebrity becomes increasingly complicated. Together, boundaries blur, and being exposed could mean catastrophic consequences for both.
Damaged Like Us can be listened to and enjoyed without listening to any of Krista and Becca's other novels.

Seeing the original characters make appearances and catching up with the gang as a whole was a balm to my soul. I truly missed them.
Moffy off course and the appearances of the original characters of the Addicted/Calloway Sisters series.
I love Moffy because I saw him grow up from a blip in Lilly's womb to the man he has become so I felt connected to him more than Farrow and he reminded me of Lo too.
Honestly these weren't my favourite narrators but I didn't hate them either. I prefer the narrators on the other Addicted/Calloway Sisters series.
Love and Loyalty held tight through media scandals.
Or something like that lol.
So.... I just finished DLU audio and omg it was amazing. I don't want to say my favourite parts in case of spoilers but chapter 40, wow. I seriously cannot wait for LLU. For some reason I thought each book was about different characters but I know now that book 2 is still Moffy and Farrow's story. Is this series going to be similar in length of books as the other series like 9 books or shorter? I can see it being much longer seeing as there's so many kids to give they stories and if there's multiple books for each character aswel. Either way I'm so happy for this spin off I don't care lol. I feel like this series is going to be sort of based on the bodyguards falling for the clients since I picked up on certain chemistry between a few of them. I also however saw Sullivan have chemistry with someone not a bodyguard so maybe not or perhaps a mix of the two?
