I listen to all of Danielle Steel's novels so I am used to the formula.
This story is one of her average plots. It is slow, comfortable, and doesn't really go anywhere.
Regular fans will Know that there is usually a crisis point midway, and a couple of possible outcomes.
Honor Thyself is not one of these.
The central character has a traumatic and life-threatening brain injury and yet soon bounces back, with ease. It's laughable but it's Danielle!
She has written far better novels than this one but it did the trick and took me away from reality for a few hours.
The Excellent narrator helped.
I just wish you knew what happened in the future. It was a cliff hanger. Maybe a sequel will come out.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
Less repetitive story telling. Too many repeated phrases, story lines, etc. More dialogue and action from the characters. It was like reading someone's diary that they kept repeating because of loss of memory.
Would you ever listen to anything by Danielle Steel again?
Perhaps, I used to enjoy her books.
Did Kyf Brewer do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?
He didn't have an opportunity because of the style of writing.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
I got so bored and didn't even finish it. The first part was interesting until the bombing and then it just died!
