Once upon a time there was a totally ordinary boy who fell for a cold, beautiful prince. Only it's not a fairy tale, it's my life. The prince is a billionaire called Caspian Hart. And we're trying super hard to live happily ever after.
He's everything I want, need, and can't resist: a man who looks like a god and bangs like the devil. Except he's still got his rules and he's still got his secrets....
But if there's one thing Caspian's taught me it's that you should never settle for less than you're worth. And I'm worth his trust. I have to show him that I see him. That I'm not afraid of his passion, or his power, or his past. And that I won't settle for less than everything.
NOTE: This book ends on a cliffhanger! See how Arden and Caspian's love story ends in the third book, coming Summer 2018!

Great book again, just like the first in the trilogy
Really enjoyed this book ..just wish I’d realised it was a trilogy when I bought the first one as I now need to wait a few months for the final book.
It’s like 50 shades, but m/m, and alluding to BDSM rather than it actually happening. It’s got the tortured mysterious love interest with intimacy issues and the young open character in the process of finding their place in the world. All the ups and downs and emotional development you want to draw you completely into the book and their relationship.
The writing is really good and the narration excellent so I listened to it all pretty much in one sitting. It’s better than pretty much every romance novel I’ve listened to in m/f or m/m genres, and I’ve listened to way over 1000 books.
Joel Leslie is an especially good narrator when doing British accents so this series suits him perfectly.
Got a book hangover now and no idea what to listen to next as all I want is the final book in this series...

Really good sequel
I must say I really liked this one, the first book was also really good but now we finaly get some answers! Think what I liked most with this one is Adens and Elories (probably super wrong spelling on her name) adventures as they grow closer as friends. Arden and Caspian finaly talk some stuff thrue but in the end its Caspians dame stubborness not to tell Arden the truth that keeps making it so hard for them to really be together and it kinda felt like a repet of event of the first book at some places, but the story as a whole is good so I didnt really mind. The first book didnt really have much kink so here its finaly getting a little more spicey! There are some elements of BDSM in this book; maindly spanking and light restrains, but its obvious that it will get more into it as the series progress. I read someones review saying the first book was like Fifty Shades of whatever color, but its not even close to that, THIS IS BETTER, stop comparing every singel BDSM themed book to it already, its not like those books are the first getting into kinks!
So with that said, get the first book and then get this one. Joel Leslie nailed this one and only made it all better!

This is a splendid series with an exceptional narrator
I can’t wait for the next installment.
These stories are so very well written- funny, poignant and smart. I love the quirky Arden juxtaposed with controlling Caspian. I hope Caspian’s history will be addressed and resolved with a better outcome than at the end of this story. I fully support Arden’s view and hope Caspian will come around.
The narrator is superb - effectively bringing the author’s words to life to breathe the characters into being
