Jungle doctor

I loved it.
I also thought that being a doctor in a jungle
is pretty daring.
I really recommend it.😀

Small boy and his dog.

In the days before Christmas the characters of the Hospital and the villages around weave a story of twisted things made straight. Mostly it's Goha's story, the boy who wants his crooked face and back made straight, but there is much to happen before his wish can be compleated. Those who read the classic book as children will notice one or two changes to the story, but I found it no problem. Michael's reading is very good with the characters given their own distinctive voice. Much enjoyed with the children.

A Very Good Read

A wonderful, heart-warming story, full of wholesome tales from a man used by God to touch the lives of many.

This is just one in a series of books by the author Dr. Paul White, offering an inspiring account of his life among the tribes-people of Tanganyika - where he, his staff, and friends were able to bring much-needed healing, hope, and renewal to the wider community.

The back-drop of the Tanganyikan jungle and it's many denizens make for a rich canvas; teaming with all manner of intriguing possibilities and happenings. The well-paced narration of Paul Michael makes for a flowing and vivid audio-experience.

The intelligent, witty prose, testify to a triumph in the struggle of good over evil. The stories are filled with insight, wisdom and integrity, and offer a graphic account of the gospel's power to transform lives. If you are looking for an enjoyable, engaging read, look no further.
