Summary

Cassie Franklin trips over nothing on perfectly flat surfaces every day, and she cannot seem to be able to simultaneously speak and look into her audience's eyes.

Cassandra Frank is the ultimate tease; her words have aroused, intrigued and captured the heart of thousands...and somehow, they are the same person.

Hiding the fact that she writes erotica isn't much of a challenge - no one would ever think that a plain, boring little accountant like Cassie could so much as read anything so scandalous...

But one day, she makes a huge mistake.

Carter Harris employs so many people he can't exactly recall all their names, but strangely, he knows her. She isn't an executive, she isn't sexy, or otherwise noticeable, but the girl is cute - in a helpless, unique sort of way.

He can't pretend to say she ever crosses his mind, though...until the day he finds the manuscript she worked on during her lunch hour.

what ?

ok so im listening to this book and it just ends mid sentence i swear i picked my phone up too see if something was wrong with my phone the battery had died or something but no it just ended false stop over and out...there was parts of the story i liked parts i didn't some were stupid and at points did not give a good description of what was happening.i know there is 2 more books the last one being about the character Lucy she is my favourite person in this book if it wasn't for her i wouldn't bother with the other books i hope the next one is better than this..the female narrator is not good at all a little whining voice i like the male narrator though. there is some good points in this book but i swear ive never known a book to just end like that it was crazy

May Sage does write it better

I loved listening to the audio version of this book and with Noah taking all the male narratives and Erin the female, you become drawn into the story even more. Noah has a lovely deep chocolatey voice (yummy) and both narrators sound believable.
This first story is about a klutz accountant and fledgling erotic writer at Harris Toys who gets the full benefit of her CEO's input. I really love the 'Some girls do' series.
