I've read Heather Graham before; this was my first listen. Julia Whelan is an excellent narrator and she does a good job differentiating the characters.
The Killing Edge is an enjoyable story with good flow and it makes for nice listening. I appreciated that there were not dozens of characters, which I find difficult to follow when reading and even more difficult to follow when listening. The story has a number of different angles that come together. I didn't predict the murderer so when the identity was revealed it was a surprise.

What did you love best about The Killing Edge?
The characters...Not only did Heather Graham do a tremendous job of throwing a ton of suspects out there, the narrator did a fabulous job of throwing red herrings right & left to keep you guessing.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Chloe...she stays strong, even though she's been through hell and the world is in chaos around her...and she's strong for her friends, not just herself. And she can trust, and love, despite the many obstacles she's faced in her life.
What about Julia Whelan’s performance did you like?
The red herrings! Thought she did an awesome job!
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Hmmm...I'd have to say Chloe actually realizes she's surrounded by ghosts that have all been killed by the same man...and that they are relying on her to help stop him.
Any additional comments?
It wasn't a fabulous story, but it was a good, solid read & listen...and truly, there were so many possiblities for the who dunnit, all with strong ties it could have been any one. Kudos on keeping us guessing, Ms. Graham! And now I'll be looking up some of the New Orleans stories!
