Summary
Daydreamer Nora has inherited all of her grandmother's worldly belongings.
Nora dreads seeing her beloved grandmother's possessions go, but she's determined that item by item, memory by memory, she will find the perfect new owners.
When she opens The Memory Shop in the front of her grandmother's house, the community is gradually drawn inside, and Nora begins transforming the lives of those around her through the objects she pairs them with.

Loved every word!
During COVID 19 Lockdown my mind rants and races making me anxious and unable to sleep properly. This little book is better than any medication and makes me want to read it over and over again. Thank you Ella🤗

I really wanted to love this but...
I just can't get past the narrator. Sorry but's truly awful. Gutted I wasted a credit on this. I shall continue with the paperback as I'm genuinely curious but I can't listen for a second longer.

My favourite book of the year so far
This author describes things in a way that you taste, feel, see and hear the words. The concept of the book is beautiful and the way that it's written is beautiful. This story isn't heavy, but trips along with you knowing where you want it to go - but it delivers some lovely outcomes and lifts your heart at the end.
Lovely read about the fact that it's never too late to make peace.

Uplifting
A story of intertwining lives, not too sugary and the more difficult aspects are handled very well. An uplifting tale over all. The narrator did well enough, but the undulating tone of her voice did annoy me from time to time, I’m sure she would make a fabulous hypnotist with that constant gentle rise and fall in a soft Irish accent - it would be a good book to help you fall to sleep!

Memories with fascinating meaning for sale.
Written in a wonderful circle telling a charming story about the people within and beyond the shop full of memories. Poignant and enthralling.

very cute and interesting
Firstly, I recommend it also for Greek listeners, we have a huge reference inside that book. So, the book is about a memory shop where people can buy old stuff and at the same time you learn about the story of some of those people. Somehow some of those people do big life changes after visiting that shop (on a good way). During that, there are the lifes of some main characters, all contented somehow to that shop. Also during the story we are searching about the life of the owner's grandmother which is a small mystery. Very nice, light and cute book, brings hope about life and it gives you the opportunity to understand that changes are hard but at the end there is a high possibility that all will be for good. Highly recommended

I’ve reviewed many books with 5 stars but this is the first I’ve been moved to write something. So lovely. Beautifully read and beautifully told.
