realisam, honesty, sprinkled with humour.

what a relief, this book embraces our human emotions layer them bare and wrapped them up with love and exceptance. Adrian's, houmous anecdotes allows us to laugh at ourselves.

My Favourite Sacred Diary

Really enjoyed listening to my favourite of the Sacred Diaries, so many funny stories, and it brought tears to my eyes at times as well.

Funny and thought provoking

I have listened to this so many times and still laugh every time and continue to get nuggets of wisdom from it. Brings knowledge of a warmly personal God.

Great fun

4 stars not because it will ever be ranked a literary classic, but because through his wonderful, insightful, sharp yet gentle humour, Adrian Plass reaches into the heart and leaves little nuggets of wisdom about God's great love.

Absolutely loved it

Hilarious and profound, at times a little sad even, this was an absolute joy to listen to. The tone and style of the narration was great, and naturally fitted so well with that of the story.

A beloved friend.

I first became a lover of Adrian's books at 12. The original diary did and still does, make me laugh out loud. This one has a different feel, but nonetheless has the laughs of the first. My only criticism is that as a person of faith with a gay son, there are some uncomfortable parts to listen to. It is of course his right to believe and express those beliefs. It just saddens me that someone who is confused may listen and feel judged so I take off one star for that.
