Well written 'cosy' story.

A cosy story about the girls working in Woolworths and their lives during WW2. Nicer easy to read book. Just right with a cu of rea and a pleasant evening in.

remarkable stories of a lovely group of friends

really enjoyed this story, always imagined my old local store at the workplace setting. so much learnt on the history of Woollies too
