Narrator sounds monotone!
I stuck with it but my god it was hard! The story was OK, probably better if actually read or narrated by someone with a bit more inflection in her voice.... she sounded numb/bored! I guess I want to hear the emotion when I'm listening to a book! The overall story was interesting if not a little predictable but it kept me company whilst I cleaned.

Quite Good
I found it difficult to stick with it. The idea behind it was good but it wasn't remotely gripping. A few times I was just going to set it aside. The narration didn't help. Her voice was flat, no undulation or drama. I think using a different narrator could give it a bit of oomph and eager to find out what was going to happen next.

ok
story held my interest well enough but the outcome was a bit of a stretch tbh.
the narrator wasn't great - spoke really quite fast and not enough varying expression, pace or tone.

A really good listen
It's my sort of book. I really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend. The ending was. bit of a surprise too.
