30-something, loved this book!
Where does Goddesses Never Age rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This book is in my top 3 of health books I have listened to on Audible. It was informative on so many levels and I enjoyed it so much that I have recommended it to a dozen or so women of different ages.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Goddesses Never Age?
I went into this book looking for health advice, but came out with so much more. I'd have to say her discussion on dealing with past emotions was very helpful to me.
Which character – as performed by Christiane Northrup – was your favorite?
No characters except myself. So, I guess I am my favorite character.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
YES. I listened to it everyday during my commute until it was done. Very interesting, very easy to understand, well narrated, and I just loved it.
Any additional comments?
I read the other reviews on this book and noticed a few folks taking issue with her mentioning her love for dancing the tango at various points in the book. I also noticed people complaining that you'd need to be living a life of leisure into practice. BS. That is NOT true. I work a full-time job and I commute FOUR HOURS A DAY in Los Angeles traffic AND I am a single parent to a teen living on a non-profit museum salary! I never once felt like her suggestions were out of my reach. She never says, "You must do Pilates, dance tango, work from home, blah blah blah, in order to be healthy." She simple gives ideas on things that have brought her joy, happiness, and health in order to inspire to reader to find their own way. At her suggestion to try new things, I enrolled in a Pilates class because it was something that I have always wanted to do and even though my first lesson had me feeling like a fat Mr. Bean tangled in an octopus, I kept thinking about how encouraging her words were as I stuck it out! Her food suggestions are ON POINT and totally back by current nutritional science and I loved her writing style and "voice." Loved this book. ALL females should read it. Seriously.

Absolutely the best book I have ever read!
I bought the Audible version and knew fairly quickly that i had to have the print version as well. This book is a treasure trove of cutting edge information on staying healthy and fit and loving life, regardless of age. I love the wealth of resources that Dr. Northrup puts at our fingertips. I have already purchased two of the books she recommends and I am finding then to be all that she said that they are. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Dr Northrup , for this uplifting and empowering book! I love it and am recommending it to every woman I know!
