Summary

Enjoyable
Very good story about the old days in London. Reminded me a little of the Kray twins.
Made me laugh and made me sad. Made me happy. The ending was a good ending.
I always feel a good ending makes you feel your glad you read the book. (Or listened to a book)

Another Cracker!
Every time I finish one of her books I’m unsure whether I’ll enjoy another as much , but every time I’m blown away. The characters are so loveable I absolutely loved this.

Had me gripped from start to finish
Well narrated with lots of different accents. Very interesting to hear about the changing times in London…. From the 20s to the 80s all from the perspective of one (rather dysfunctional) family.
