A Relaxing Meditation Session-Helpful in Many Ways

I found this guided meditation session to be quite relaxing, while still focusing on bringing your awareness to the present moment, the functions of your body and the state of your mind. It quickly brought peace of mind and relaxation while allowing me to live in the moment, focusing on only the present moment functions, sounds and sensations. It's a unique experience for people who are normally too bogged down with day to day tasks to even remember what a miracle your body, mind and existence are. I'm grateful to have found this gem.

Lose the noise!!
I had difficulty listening and practicing the guided meditations. The ocean waves and new age music drowned out the narrator's voice. I liked the narrator's voice. This audio would be great if it were her voice alone, without the accompanying noise!
