Fats does not make you actually fat.

I like that the author breaks down the ways the body produces and consumes energy. How this relates to weight and muscle gain. The science of how it all fits together is bridged well with actual solutions with meal plans that people can follow.

A comprehensive guide.

This book is short (1 hr and 57 mins), easy to understand and even if you don’t plan to take on all his recommendations, you’ll learn a lot about food and exercise.

Good fats are actually very necessary.

I thought this book was very interesting and educational. It takes a different method to health and weight loss or control than most other "diet" books do. This book teaches that fat, contrary to popular believe, and does not make you fat. In fact, good fats are actually very necessary in our daily diets.

I am so pleased that audible about nutrition are getting back to reality and helping people to eat healthy, nourishing food. Generations have been not only deprived but damaged with the nonsense about fat consumption!

This book is the companion book.

This book is not going to give you a test to diagnose the individual level of disease, but the road map is seeing a demotic drop for the generation after healthy parents with good nutrition let kids get addicted to junk appetites.

I would recommend this to anyone.

It was, at times, difficult to read without getting lost, because it is so detailed. Nevertheless, the delicacy and the fact that the whole thing said was backed by research and explanations was what made it more believable and trustworthy, in my opinion. I learned a lot from it. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in eating right, without sacrificing good-tasting food and nutrition.

Add more good fats and cut out processed food.

Great easy read on how ingesting of healthy fats and that healthy fats, conflicting to nutritional dogma, can essentially help you lose weight. I've lost roughly many lbs from cutting out the majority of processed foods, eating more vegetables, eating less carbs and eating more healthy fats.

Great easy to use information.

I'm happy to find a clear easy read that I can recommend for my clients as a reserve to aid them in their health, fitness, and longevity pursuits. What I like most about this particular book is its ability to simplify and explain how our bodies use energy, and some simple steps to take to ensure that the food you're eating is supporting your health and not simply following the mainstream propaganda for low-fat diets nor the non-health supporting practices of high-protein bodybuilder diets.
