Didn’t relax, had a good laugh though
I couldn’t listen to more than a minute of it. This guys voice! Oh my. He sounds like a rubbish 80s radio DJ, or the announcer of prizes on an awful game show. Maybe people find that relaxing? Maybe they need a different sort of help.

Arrrrgh what an annoying voice!
I do not know how anybody with such an annoying voice thinks any kind of relaxtion is possible but given the previous ratings obviously someone does. I strongly recommend listening to the sample before purchase.

Asleep within 2 min
I often have a hard time, falling asleep, and I was asleep within two minutes of listening to this. I don’t even remember what the rest of it is about. Success.

How does it work ? But it does
I have to set a shorter time for listening as I use this audio to go to sleep and at the end he tells you to wake up . It is meant for short naps during the day

Deep relaxation - result!
I was sceptical that this would work, never having had hypnosis before. I was also put off by the authors voice, but nevertheless I thought what have I got to lose.
Used it for the first time with my hubby and at the end I said to him well that didn’t work for me as I thought I had been listening to the book the whole time. He corrected me by saying that for at least half of the time I had been asleep and then work up when the author counted me in 😂… unfortunately, it didn’t work for him.
Saying that, I don’t always fall asleep but I do feel deeply relaxed during the sessions and afterwards feel more refreshed and ready to carry on my day. Would recommend!

Fall Asleep Almost Immediately
I’m not usually a good subject for hypnosis. Benjamins’ voice is not at all like those of other hypnotists I have listened to and although very deep it works for me.
