What made the experience of listening to 30 Minute Guided Meditation - Meditation for Sleep, Relaxation & Stress Relief the most enjoyable?
When I buy relaxation or meditation tapes, I always listen to the orators voice, before buying, because there is nothing so irritating than a voice that has poor diction, bad english or a voice that is dull and flat, thus preventing you from getting the full value. This audio book is for me perfect love Benjamin's voice and his clear message is very inspiring.

Yes have listened to several of Benjamin's audio books, each one has its own merit but this one is really excellent.

"relax and breathe"
if you want someone to tell you "relax and breathe" and then hear about 15 minutes of boring music- this is it. Uninspiring and boring.

Puts me to sleep every time.
I listen to this quite often while lying in bed at night and it puts me sleep every time.
