Summary

I put together this collection of life advice because I felt deeply compelled to do so. Over the past few years, I've been bombarded with insight. So much so, that I had to write them down to eventually share. Because what's the use of keeping things to yourself? I want to spark the creative genius that lies within everyone.

This short audiobook acts as "Life 101", a quick reference guide. It contains a vast array of useful advice, applicable and relevant to any life journey. It is everything that I would tell my child, or children, if I did not have the opportunity to do so face to face.

The list is not rigidly organized, for good reason. I left it free flowing and spontaneous, like a train of thought, which I feel is much more natural.

For the most part, I didn't get overly specific. Everyone is phenomenally different, with fantastically unique life experiences. I want my child/children to fully express their brilliant uniqueness. That's why I don't say things like "Read (insert book title)" or "Go to Italy" within the list. What if that book doesn't resonate with them? And what if Italy doesn't excite them as much as it does for me? I want my child/children to become their own guiding force, their own guru, their own master. This isn't a roadmap telling them how to travel or where to go; this is a compass, a tool to help them guide themselves along their journey - wherever it may lead.

The world is changing rapidly. The paradigm is shifting. Each successive generation is shining their light on the world, driving out the darkness, and steadily co-creating the paradise we were meant to live in. This is my candle lighting yours, so you can in turn light the candles of many, many others.

"Thousands of candles can be lit from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared."
