Deeply thought provoking

Even though I have been offering a weight loss service myself for many years and have read widely on the subject ,I feel this book is one that any compulsive eater should listen to. Firstly have to say, if you are touchy around religion you might find the references to God a bit disconcerting, but if you accept this as the reference to our higher selves/ divine mind then you can get on with it just fine. If you have no feel for spirituality at all- forget it! Nice thing also about this audio version is the voice is very clear and has an uplifting quality to it. Highly recommended

Not what you expect

This book is not for someone who wants instant solutions to weight loss. Rather it addresses the background behind why we become over weight in the first place and helps to address that with exercises and mindful solutions.
