This is very relaxing and the narrator's slow hypnotic voice coupled with the binaural beats had me asleep quickly. The visualisations are good, too. The downside is for those trying to believe in the Law of Attraction that right up front they mention the 'we only use 10 per cent of our brains' myth. For me this made me feel immediate mistrust of the information. Another problem is not the author or narrator's fault but that of Audible. The end of the hypnosis is supposed to trail off gently so if you want to stay asleep you can but then you get the loud "We hope you enjoyed this audible book," which makes you jump and wakes you up defeating the object of the relaxation.

Not really a book so it is hard to rate. Audible should probably highlight this before taking a full credit of customers for under 50 minutes.
It is instead a single, excellent, meditation exercise that does exactly as advertised. From that perspective I highly recommend it.

It is a wonderful recording. It has pulled together how to do the "Allowing" step that is the hardest thing to practice. Within 2 weeks of listening to the recording, my life has changed in leaps and bounds. Like it says "What ever you are thinking about with emotion is what you are bringing into your life." This has been a good reminder when life throws me a curve. I have learned to have an arsenal of "better feeling thoughts" as Abraham would say and many wonderful income and opportunites of abundance continues to flow into my life. Everytime my friends ask me how life if treating me and I am naming off a stream of good experiences, they are amazed.

This Activating the Law of Attraction book is a great meditation/ self hypnosis/ visualization programme.
The book has two parts, the first part is a brief introduction about the law of attraction - just 7 minutes or so - and the second part is the main one.

2. Visualization and concentration
( affirmation doesn't start with "I am", it goes "You are", so you don't have to repeat what the narrator says, it is like someone telling you all the good things. I really liked this affirmation. )
4. Visualization of a dream house, relationships, health, finance and life
Sometimes I doze off while listening to the book, but I am trying to listen to it once every day.
If the visualization about my goals and dreams was longer, the book would have been just perfect for me.
But I think this book helps me to visualize which is great. I also love the affirmation part as I mentioned earlier.
You can't listen to it while driving, and it is not the book that informs you about the law of attraction though it has a brief introductory part. It is for the meditation or visualiztion purpose.
