Nothing short of incredible.
This book answers the questions no one else has. They are the questions we all ask ourselves, and spend the rest of our lives looking for the answers.
I cannot recommend this book enough.

I fall in love with Caroline Myss's work. I discover answers that I haven't found in my journey so far. And I've been looking, reading about why we are here and what is the idea for more than 20 years consciously. I mean not just asking questions but finding the answers. I am absolutely hooked and will read/listen all her books.

Great roadmap for traveling the Path
I highly recommend both the Energy Anatomy and Advanced Energy Anatomy lecture series. I will provide this same commentary for both series.
In Energy Anatomy, Caroline reviews the seven chakras and describes our development as we progress thru them. This is content that is presented in her book Anatomy of the Spirit. I can see parallels between this content and adult development theory. As a coach this information is helpful context and provides a framework in working with my clients.
In this lecture series, she goes beyond the Anatomy of the Spirit book to discuss practical ways to apply the information she presents, including suggestions on how to think about illness and spiritual crisis.
In Advanced Energy Anatomy, she continues and expands the conversation to help us understand how to be "mystics without monasteries". She also describes the 8th and 9th chakras, which are rarely discussed and are consistent with the I AM teachings. She provides a wonderful transition from our current thinking on religion and spirituality to the deeper, mystical works in Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism and Christianity. Her comments are supported by the work of the scholars who are working on the Nag Hamadi, Dead Sea Scrolls and other lost gospels. She provides broader context for many religious traditions and her interpretations make sense. She has a PhD in Theology from which she draws much of her content, and also integrates her personal experience and stories of others she has worked with as a medical intuitive.
She is feisty and humble, wise, passionate and entertaining. I enjoy her books and I especially enjoy her audio recordings. I hope you enjoy them as well!

Classic Myss with new material!
Advanced energy anatomy is full of great insight into the practical methods of co-creation. Myss tends to focus heavily on how our beliefs dictate our reality. She specifically takes a deep look at our relationships to money, to other people, and to the divine and the role those relationships have in forming our lives. If you like Carolyn Myss, you'll definitely love this audiobook. As usual, it's insightful. It's gritty. It's got a lot of interesting anecdotes. My favorite part of the audiobook is the discussion on work vs vocation. Myss spends a lot of time discussing why we feel called to do things other than what we're doing now and how we can build a successful life around our interior desires. The series incorporates a lot of her previous work, such as the four core archetypes. If you've never been exposed to Myss, I recommend you start with something a little more accessible. Invisible Acts of Power, Defy Gravity, and Anatomy of the Spirit are the three best introductory pieces to her work in my opinion.
