There is hope !

Would you consider the audio edition of Always Hungry? to be better than the print version?

I find listening on the go allows me time to benefit from the book I just don't have to sit down and read

We need the PDF I have contacted audible. The book makes lots of reference to the PDF but it did not accompany the book

Do not buy this as an audiobook

The audiobook is written as a book you'd follow along as you progress with the diet plan. This obviously is lacking since I go from week one of the diet to week two on my ride to work.

The overall diet does make sense and I'll definitely try it!
