Shame, heartfelt but not useful

If this book wasn’t for you, who do you think might enjoy it more?

It might help some, but he takes so long to get round to making any point you might die of boredom first. Some points are just plain wrong and although he talks about humour, I never noticed any.

Has Anxiety Rebalance put you off other books in this genre?

No. It's just a bad one from someone who has experience but no qualifications

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Anxiety Rebalance?

Chapters 1 to 6. I think the title is a misnomer. He simply goes on about what anxiety is. There's nothing in there about how to deal with it and change.

Any additional comments?

He never gets round to making a point. Deadly boring. Faaaar too much background information on the author...

The guy takes ages to get to the point and speaks about himself alot. I guess he's just trying to get you to relate to him. I didn't find it helpful :/

Hope for the regularly hopeless

excellent book to gain perspective on what is like to suffer anxiety and depression. very good resource for ideas to take action and know what taking control of your life is really about
