It might help some, but he takes so long to get round to making any point you might die of boredom first. Some points are just plain wrong and although he talks about humour, I never noticed any.

Chapters 1 to 6. I think the title is a misnomer. He simply goes on about what anxiety is. There's nothing in there about how to deal with it and change.
He never gets round to making a point. Deadly boring. Faaaar too much background information on the author...
