I would recommend this book to everyone who is suffering from anxiety. I have suffered from anxiety for twenty years and tried everything but nothing ever worked. So I was a bit sceptical at first and didn't really believe a book could help me. But I started listening to this book a week ago and almost immediately started to feel more like myself again. I will definately use the steps in this book and I truely believe that anxiety will never again stop me from doing something that I want.

good to listen about relief...

This book is working wonders with my panic attacks and anxiety. I love the tips it gives you to speed up recovery and advice on which supplements you may need to take. This book is a miracle to those suffering with anxiety, I highly recommend it, it is an affordable CURE for anxiety.
