It is something that ultimately will help you appreciate your happy times.
Sometimes, it is possible for the sadness to deepen. This could be a sign that you are actually suffering from depression. If you feel like you are increasingly sad all the time, and you can't explain your sadness, then you chose the right book.
You will find within this book:

Informative audio book

This book is fascinating. The author skillfully blends his personal story with the latest research on brain plasticity - the fact that we can change our brain for the better, sometimes even in the direst of circumstances. The message is clear: we can change and find greater health and happiness. Whether we're subject to smaller, annoying habits or significant distress, change is possible and a great deal of our transformation will come about through diligently working with our default brain patterns.
