Love it

i learned lot

I learned a lot about apple cider vinegar! I am always looking for natural ways to combat any issues I might have with my body. But, I have to say I never really knew how much apple cider vinegar can really do for you. What of the really surprising things for me with this book was using it for teeth whitening, but it works. Amazing stuff really
