I bought this after buying all Savvywomen's Downloads.
Just a bit on diet - I was hoping for more but this explains that health and fitness is a daily practice and of eating well, exercise and relaxation.

Couldn't get past first few minutes
There may be helpful information here, but the author's voice was so loud and over-enthusiastic that I turned it off after a few minutes.
