Does exactly what it says

I listened to chapter 1 the night before I played a match that I won easily. It was only after my round that I reflected on the fact that I was literally zoned into my shots and nothing was perturbing me. I kept track of my Stableford score and was 10 points better than my handicap after 13 holes!!
As an added bonus my wife who doesn't play golf told me the music was very relaxing and she slept very well.
