HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I listened to this book because my wife suffers from binge Eating. I was really unknowledgeable about the subject and didn't understand sometimes the difficulty that sufferers face with binge eating. I really want thank the author for making me clearly see that not only is this a problem that has to be taken serious their are techniques that are effective in treating the disorder. I really want to thank the Author for putting up this great content!

good to listen

Everyone is focused on losing weight, recently. Focused on eating healthier and smaller portions etc. I personally eat when I am not hungry, eat when I am upset, eat when I am bored. We, most of us anyway, are emotional eaters. The author lets you know that is exactly where she is coming from and how she beats it. This book is well written and the author takes you into a very personal moment in her life and shows how she overcame it. Very good book for those struggling with the emotional eating of any kind.
