It is what it says

This is indeed a short and basic introduction to bodybuilding (despite getting very scientific at a couple of points which will confuse a lot of people). FO the most part it is a good and informative introduction. Although large parts if the book are wasted being in audio format due to a regular use of long lists when discussing workouts or meal prep, which as an audiobook drag in and become hard to follow. And allow no way for quick reference in the future
