Once you get used to figuring out the meals you like and balance for your plan (the website is a must for this so that is another $19/month) this plan will change your life. I prepare a couple weeks worth of soups and chili an freeze it, then fill in with the simple meals in between. The free meal a week keeps you from feeling like you are trapped in a diet loop.
I have struggled with my wieght for 25 years and with this plan, I not only lost the wieght, I feel better and am much more calm in my everyday life.
What sold me on trying this was Chelsea Handler saying it gets rid of cellulite and she wasn't lying. I thought I was done and my body was set for the rest of my life since I am 42 and generally too lazy for all the other plans I've used. No matter how much I lost I still didn't look good because of the cellulite, now my buns and back of my thighs have gone back 10 years.

Mark does a great job narrating this book and breaks down the concepts into easy to understand and implement ways.
