Ok for people who know very little about anxiety

I was excited to listen to this book as I've had anxiety since I was a young child. As I've had it for so long I was already aware of a lot of the information such as the fight or flight response, how to have good quality sleep and how avoiding stimulants like alcohol can help. I started skipping parts in the end as I felt a whole chapter could've been summed up in a paragraph. But it may help someone who is new to feeling anxiety?

I spent a lot of time watching Anna on TV as a youngster and felt subconsciously comfortable with her voice as she described the sanity of what sometimes feels like insanity. I really can't thank you enough for the content and tools that this book provides.
