Seven steps to revitalising your relationship. We give our car or boiler regular services because these are things that we rely on and know it is better to fix minor glitches than wait until they become major problems .
However when it comes to something as important as our relationship, we tend to close our eyes and hope for the best. In this practical book, Marital therapist Andrew G Marshall draws on twenty-five years of counselling couples to design a programme that gives your relationship the once over, tightens up any niggling problems and keeps it running smoothly.
This book is based on I Love You But I'm Not In Love With You by Andrew G. Marshall.

well written + helpful but patronising narration

Really excellent content, helpful practical steps and advice. Possibly less useful for older couples, those in second marriages or same sex partners as it mainly focuses on man/woman who meet in twenties and move in then have kids. But content well written and really informative and interesting. However the lady narrating it could be reading a primary school story book, and the recording jumps from the end of one sentence to the first word in the next without a gap as if it is automated like a railway announcement. This is such a shame as the book is excellent but my attention was diverted to feeling frustrated with the voice..
