Bundling isn't the best for these
A lot of quiet time and a little difficult to navigate in bundle format. I love all the Joel Thielke hypnosis recordings though, so in that sense it's great.

Hard to tell because I'm always sleeping through it!
I listen to this just about every night as I sleep, one thing I did notice is that I tend to feel like I'm driven more toward more proactive behavior during the day. It does not keep me awake and actually I find the background noise quite comforting and it helps me.
I travel very frequently across time zones for business, having this on my iPhone helps me consistently relax myself and go to sleep. It's now my trigger her my cue to go to bed.
It does drive my husband pretty crazy, he says that he's creeped out by the thought of some guy whispering soothing comments in his ear while he's trying to sleep! But different strokes for different folks right?
