Who knew?!

I got this book because it mentioned weight loss through Cider Vinegar and I just though 'hey anything's worth a try!' But I was amazed to find out just how good Cider Vinegar can be for you. This audio book details various ailments and the positive effects that Cider Vinegar can then have on each ailment and I was truly amazed at the results. Its great for Varicose Veins, Arthritis, Weight loss and even for household cleaning. I have obviously rushed out and bought some of this miracle vinegar and I can vouch for the great cleaning effects of this stuff and also for the fact that it really does cure colds! I tried it and it nuked my cold within 2 days...better than most medicines I thought.
The best content of the book is the the various recipes that tell you how you can get this stuff into your system in a way that actually tastes really good...soups etc...understandably vinegar isn't the tastiest of products. It also tells you how to make your own coughs and colds medicines, as I tried
Def worth the listen as it really is an eye opener to an easily accessible product that has been ignored by many.
