okay for basic

No guided meditation story. just talks to you and tells you to do things to relax,

Great way to get to sleep fast

Where does Deep Sleep Meditation rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Well, in terms of sleeping aids, it's up there with other holistic approaches I've tried. It is a soothing audiobook, and one that made me sleepy quickly.

Any additional comments?

I was able to fall asleep, and stay asleep, the first time I listened to this meditation. Being that it was a weekday, this was very helpful for the long day ahead. As one knows, getting enough sleep naturally raises your energy levels - something that proved beneficial to me once I finally got enough sleep this week. I liked the narration, soundtrack and the actual meditation. Nicely done.

I fall asleep so quickly!

the first time I tried this I didn't fall asleep because I was still thinking too much but the music was soft and put me to sleep. the second and following times I fall asleep before the last finishes talking!
