mind blowing

These recipes taste really good which is important when you are trying to stick with a diet. They are also high in fat, and have no carbs or very low carbs, so they are perfect for the ketogenic diet. Would love to recommend this book!

If you are looking for some good tasting recipes for fat bombs to start your ketogenic diet perhaps then you will find what you are looking for here within these pages. So many recipes to choose from and they all sound so delicious! Very quick and tasty snacks. This book also dives into the Ketogenic Diet and explains why the reader should give it a try.
