This track increased my deep wave sleep from 3% to 12% then 14%. I had no idea how important deep wave sleep is. I have osteoarthritis and my Rheumatologist couldn't explain why it was so widespread for my age (55), lack of deep wave sleep could explain it as HGH is produced during this sleep phase, which from what I have read I believe may control inflammation. I am waking at 5.30 every morning and unless I stay in bed and doze off I am feeling a bit more refreshed than I used to. I am also using amber blue blocker glasses later in the evening if I have lights on or am watching TV, or my tablet or phone.
