Does what it says
I have only listened to this a few times and already I can feel my self confidence and self esteem building. This is also a great way to relax at the end of the day - I have been almost sleeping during listening on the occassions I have used this. If I was to have one criticism it is that Glenn's accent isn't what you normally expect from a therapist. I would compare it to being hypnotised by John Terry!!! However, you quickly get over this and in part I think it helps as its like a "normal" person talking to you.

I've recently become a fan of this self-hypnosis series and am currently listening to a few different ones. I got this self-confidence one as a series of knocks and bad jobs in my recent past have stripped me of my self-confidence completely and I'm in the process now of rebuilding it with help! I listened to this once the night before a big family event that I wasn't looking forward to and I must say it really helped me to calm down and sleep well the night before. It gave me a real sense of confidence and esteem....of course the negative feelings didn't disappear altogether but it really helped. I will keep using it because anything that helps is good.
