When I sat down to listen this book I have one half of it in one sitting. This book has so much helpful information for the Highly Intuitive person.
It is a guide to understanding yourself if you are a HIP. I know that it is one of those books that I will be having more than once and refer to many times in the future!

it's so hard figuring out how to establish boundaries. this gave me some steps to apply. I'll definately be trying them and reading over and over.

Nice but not life-changing, and a bad production
The information is mostly useful, but verges on the obvious in many cases. Still, there are some valuable nuggets. Nevertheless, there is nothing really ground-breaking or life-altering in this material. Yet, it IS good to re-hear some of these ideas, and reacquaint yourself with the concerns for those of us having weak boundaries.
As to the performance/production itself...well, that really impacted my experience for the worse. Many reviews have blamed the reader - and while this MAY be the problem, it could also be the fault of poor production. The main problem is the pacing of the words - either the reader just has no sense of inserting a pause between paragraphs and sections, or the during production these pauses were cut out to save time. Regardless, this is INFURIATING! As a result, it is VERY CONFUSING for the listener to distinguish when topics change, or when phrases are actually being used as section titles to lead in to a new section. In retrospect, I would have rather spent the money/time physically reading these two works instead of listening to them. I will probably ask for my money back, in fact, then buy them in ebook form.
