Wonderful calming voice...
Absolutely love this, I'm much more relaxed about flying. I use this everyday just for relaxation. Patricia Furness-Smith has a great voice...highly recommended and very easy to use I just downloaded it onto my mobile so I can use whenever wherever 😊

Not for flying phobics!
Would you try another book written by Patricia Furness-Smith or narrated by Patricia Furness-Smith?
Bought this to hopefully help me relax as I hate flying. Lots of guidance through breathing exercises that was info easily available elsewhere. What really put me off was mention of the description given of the signal to cabin crew that there is a problem . Rather than putting me at ease, I spent the whole flight panicking every time the steward call button sounded...just in case it repeated 3 times. Definitely wouldn't recommend for any big babies like me.
What could Patricia Furness-Smith have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
I wanted to be reassured through listening to such a lovely voice, that everything was going to be okay.
