Wonderful, practical guide

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would recommend this audiobook because it contains a wealth of useful, insightful information about how and why stressful thoughts arise, and what we can do to deal with them in a fully present, compassionate way so that they no longer have the power to run our lives.

What did you like best about this story?

The book just registers on so many levels. It is so useful to have a 'mirror' to hold up in which to try to understand our internal experience and how you can go about improving the quality of your life.

What does Toni Orans bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

The narrator has a lovely, gentle voice that adds to the compassionate message of the book.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Due to the length of the book and it's insightful content, I wanted to take my time, listening section by section and then taking time to process the content.
