Summary

Insomnia is one of the more common symptoms of stress and depression. Whether you wake up during the night and have a hard time falling back to sleep, or you have a hard time falling asleep initially, you have insomnia.

It just always works!

Surprisingly effective, i genuinely don't know or remember what's in the last third or even half of this. The voice distortions at certain places are odd but still not too annoying for me, apart from the voice overlap at some points. It somehow "just works" for me, every single evening I've tried it - something I can't say for any other medication or hypnosis audio I've ever tried. It may be worth noting that I'm neurodivergent (diagnosed with ADHD and will be assessed for ASD)

It Works

I enjoyed listening to this and am happy to say that it very much helped me relax and to fall asleep. It is my go-to now whenever I find myself struggling with insomnia.
The narrator's voice is clear and soothing to listen to and I am happy to listen to this every time that I need it.

Very relaxing

Though I enjoyed this very much,I wonder why after helping you get to sleep,you then get told after 20:mins to wake up ,what’s the point of that?

Very effective relaxation.

I didn’t try this for ages because the photograph on the cover looks quite grumpy and I saw a review that was negative. However I found this track got me into a relaxed trance state very effectively. It does have a wake up ending which is unusual for something that’s supposed to help you sleep. But I think the idea is you listen to it to relax in the day and prepare your mind. At night I set a timer for 20 minutes on stop playing so that the wake up section isn’t heard and I can drift off to sleep.
