I like it!
It isn't easy to find a hypnosis on resilience but from what I've read it one of the most important skills we can have that assists us to overcome negative childhood experiences and recover so we can thrive.
I have been listening it to it for sometime and use a binaural beats background app ( free on google play) and along with other coping skills it has helped me through some extremely difficult times
