What disappointed you about Get Out of Your Own Way Hypnosis?
In the introduction track, Mr. Brown describes 8 different tracks of the recording. In the audible recording I downloaded, the breaks are not there and it is lumped into 5 chapters. There is no way to find the beginning of each session when they are joined together. I have no idea which sessions I have done as there is not way to determine where I am in the recordings. How can I find the beginning of each session when I only have 5 chapters? This needs to be re-produced with a new track/chapter for each session.
