I love it!

This was really helpful in understanding where the other person is with their feelings. It's nearly impossible to know if your ex ignores you, so I think that if you want to at least be friends the right way (maybe more) then understanding the psychology is the most important part.

A good book, indeed!

This is purely a subjective statement, of course. Any two people who broke up from a loving relationship and are trying to rekindle the relationship may find them useful however. I liked the practical ideas to help the grieving person transition out of their circumstance so that they can become strong and go on with their lives. The book tackles about loving yourself first before others. Some relationships may not end well, but this books changed the perspective.
