Narration made me cringe

There are some useful tidbits in this book but the narration made me cringe. Really cringe! Also there doesn't seem to be any evidence to back up the theory. The story describes a few weeks of parenting seminars and it isn't clear what real issues the parents' faced or whether they were resolved aside from 'improved communication'.

Really helpful for teenagers

I would have liked some easier to find summary points or a pdf with them on but overall really helpful to stay calm and keep the communication going
