Shyness? What shyness??!?!? :)

What did you like most about How to Talk to Anyone?

My problem has always been shyness, since i was a kid. I hated social situations or anything i didn't have full control over. I have been following the advice in this book for about a month now and can feel myself gradually but surely getting better.

I no longer have huge fear over social situations, i am getting there slowly and for that i am very grateful to the author of this book. x

Any additional comments?

I liked the narrator a lot...only criticism would be the cover of this book which is not great.

Any additional comments?

Much much better than I expected. I had heard good reports about this book but took me a few months before i took a chance on it…and i am very very grateful i did. I found the book to be full of genuinely good advice whilst still keeping on the right side of realistic.

Very happy wth my purchase, already listened to it twice and picked up different new things each time.
