Not Bad

My only complaint to this would be they do focuses quite a bite on why do you smoke when do you smoke. I think the focuses should get off of the segregates but that is just me. But if you only lessoned to that one part once and the rest of it throughout I think you would be presently surprised, I know I am! Though I must give credit where credit is due, I have stop smoking and I am down 5 pound so something I am doing is working. I am just not sure if it is the hypnosis tapes, the subliminal tapes, the meditation tapes or a combination of all three. Ether way I am keeping it up!!!
