Relationship problem resolution from a to z

Helped me to realise a lot of my problems without going to a therapist. It explains many things what could have been associated with I love you but people. I was really interested to hear that many of our problems come from our families and viciously spiral to our relationships. Overall, really enjoyed the book will get a paper copy too as I feel that the exercises would be really helpful.

Applicable to all relationship issues

This is an excellent book, very engaging and very well narrated by the Author. Andrew's experience and expertise is evident throughout this book. I was so inspired listening to the Audible version, that I bought the paperback so I could go through the exercises with my husband.
I bought the book because it seemed to address the type of problems we were experiencing in our 2nd marriage (of 3+ years). I found the book to be realistic in its approach and, at the same time, it made me feel more positive about a marriage that I'd all but given up on!

I've still to apply the principles outlined in the book but they are doable, practical and sensible. I'm hopeful that by applying the exercises I'll be able to change my attitude to my failing marriage or, if my changes do not evoke change, that I'll move on better equipped not to repeat history....time will tell.
The book has prompted discussion with my husband so I'm hopeful we will find a way through our current issues and reconnect with each other.
If not, the book also gives sound practical advice for moving on.
Highly recommend to anyone who is in any kind of relationship difficulty as this book gives great insight to what lies beneath the apparent issues
